What experience do I need to become a Dynamo Surfaces franchise owner?
We seek financially qualified fellow visionaries with a solid understanding of business and sales. Construction industry experience is a plus but not a requirement. We want people who are enthusiastic about the Dynamo Surfaces brand and its potential within the stone surfaces industry. It’s immense. If you qualify and want to be a part of it, we can help.
What is provided as part of the Dynamo Surfaces franchise program?
Before you open your own Dynamo Surfaces location, we will provide initial training at our flagship location, which will take place over a period of five days. New franchisees are required to review preliminary videos and written materials, as well as start to gather contact information fabricators and competitors in their protected territory. Around your grand opening, members of our franchise development team will offer on-site training for three to five days, including one full day of training on the use of our approved software platform. In addition, you will have access to our exclusive confidential operations manual to help run your building company franchise properly on a day-to-day basis.
How much will the Dynamo Surfaces franchise program cost me?
The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $724,706 to $1,084,605 for a single location. This includes a $45,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
Is financing available?
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
Are there ongoing fees to pay?
We charge a royalty fee equal to 5% of weekly invoiced amounts. Royalties allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of product and supply channels, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. Are there any advertising fees?
Franchisees may be required to spend up to 1% of gross sales each month on local marketing. Dynamo Surfaces franchisees may also be required to contribute up to 1% of gross sales into the system marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Dynamo Surfaces brand. See our FDD for complete details.
What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years.
